What you choose to share.

The questionnaire records age eligibility, sex, conception plans, pregnancy eligibility, goals and wellbeing answers. Your portal can also hold a name, routine, detailed assessments, supplement check-ins, food and movement plans, wearable readings, personal targets, body measurements and lab results. We do not ask for diagnoses or a medication list in the initial questionnaire.

Without sign-in, these details remain in the current page session and are lost on refresh or when leaving to sign in. Only a temporary basket is kept in your browser. Sample profiles are clearly labelled and do not represent your data.

Saving your member profile.

Sign in with ChatGPT, allow health-profile storage in Profile & privacy, then choose Save progress. This writes your CELLR data to the website’s database under your signed-in account. Your email and optional name identify the session. The application limits access to your own account’s records.

Taking the questionnaire is separate from agreeing to store your profile. You can export your data as JSON, remove individual measurements, clear imported readings or delete your saved CELLR profile and history. Turning off saving prevents further writes; use Delete my CELLR profile to erase an existing saved record. Deleting CELLR data does not delete your ChatGPT account.

Edits are not saved automatically. Save progress keeps them across visits; guest or sample changes are not saved to an account.

Devices and reminders.

Manual entry and CSV import copy only the supported readings you provide and approve. They do not create live provider connections or send data back to WHOOP, Oura, Apple, Google or YOU(th). Direct wearable sync is not active, and no provider credentials are collected here.

Daily reminders are downloadable calendar files. Your calendar handles notifications after you import the file. This website does not send messages or reminders on your behalf.

Shopping and refills.

A basket or saved routine is not an order. No card details are collected, no recurring charge is created and no products are dispatched through this experience.

Displayed prices include VAT and standard UK delivery. Foundation is £75 per monthly refill. A subscription begins with 3 Foundation refills (£225), plus one monthly refill of each selected module, with 10% deducted once from that product total. Foundation alone is £202.50 for 3 months after the saving.

Foundation renews every 3 months; modules renew monthly. The basket shows both schedules and the 10% subscription saving. Module prices are £20, £18, £16 and £14 for the first four positions, then £12 for each additional module, before the saving. VAT is already included, never added again.

The £99 starter kit is included in a first subscription basket. One-off baskets contain one monthly refill of each product and offer the kit as an optional £99 extra. Refill baskets omit a new kit. You can review every item before choosing a routine; none of these actions initiates payment.

Complete commercial terms, controller contact details and operational retention periods are required before commercial sales and automatic external integrations begin.

Eligibility and wellbeing.

CELLR product routines are for adults aged 18 and over. Foundation and all modules are unsuitable during pregnancy or when pregnancy status is uncertain. Module matching reflects your answers, not a clinical assessment. The wellbeing score is a nonclinical tracking index and does not diagnose illness or measure product effectiveness.
